✅ Step 1: Refresh the Bank Connection
Open QuickBooks Online.
Navigate to Banking or Transactions > Bank Transactions.
Click the Update button at the top right.
Wait for the update to complete and see if the error clears.
✅ Step 2: Clear Browser Cache
A corrupted browser cache can interrupt the connection.
For Google Chrome:
Click the three dots menu > More tools > Clear browsing data.
Choose Time range: All time.
Check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
Click Clear data.
Then, restart your browser and log back into QuickBooks Online.
