By integrating Xtra Mail with the Mac Mail app, you will have direct access to your emails on your macOS. To set up your Xtra Mail account on this application, open it and go to “Mail” on the top menu, then select “Add Account.” Select “Other…” in case you do not see Xtra Mail explicitly listed.
Enter your full name (that will be displayed on every email you send), Xtra Mail address, and password in the next window. After clicking on “Sign In,” one needs to manually configure the server settings:
For incoming mail (choose IMAP or POP based on your preference):
IMAP (recommended for keeping emails synced across multiple devices):
Incoming Mail Server: imap.xtramail.com
Port: 993
Use SSL: Yes
POP (if you prefer all mails stored locally on one device):
Incoming Mail Server: pop.xtramail.com

For outgoing mail:
