If you forget your Xtra Mail password, or you want to set up a new one, follow these steps to create a new password.
There are two ways of resetting the Xtra Mail password
When you are aware of the password and you can access the webmail
Please login to your Xtra Mail
After that you have to go to the My Account Tab present in the right side in the top end
Now choose the option of Change Password and Manage Security from the available options
Navigate to the Password and Security Option
Tap on the PASSWORD Section
Write your existing password
Now write the fresh password
Submit the confirm button
After that login with your fresh password because you have easily reset your password
In case you don’t remember the Xtra Mail Password
Again, land on the mail login page
Now choose the Cannot sign in option
Provide the Xtra Email Address
After that press the SEND button
You will get the 6-digit code through message or email if you have enabled recovery method. But in case you don’t provide any recovery number or email, then you will nit get any code.
Now type that code and submit the continue button
Now write the fresh password
Retype the fresh password and then please tap on continue button
