For years, my life was measured by shifts, aisles, and schedules. As an Assistant Manager in a busy supermarket, I knew exactly how to keep a massive operation running. I was good at my job, and I took pride in it. But there was one "inventory" item I could never seem to keep in stock: Time.
Every parent knows that bittersweet feeling of watching their child grow up in the blink of an eye. My son is 11 now, and I started realizing that "someday" isn't a day on the calendar. If I wanted to be the father and husband I envisioned—present, energized, and available—I couldn't keep trading every hour of my day for a paycheck.
The "Tech" Wall
I knew the digital world was the answer, but I’ll be honest: it intimidated me. I’m a "people person," not a "computer person." I worried that because I didn't have a degree in IT or know how to write code, the door to an online business was locked for me.
But then I realized something life-changing: Technology has evolved so that we don't have to be experts to use it.
Learning by Doing
I decided to stop waiting for the "perfect" time and started Bikash Khaiju & Co. with a simple philosophy: Learning by doing. I found a system that handled the complex technical "wiring" in the background, allowing me to focus on what I do best—connecting with people and sharing a vision of freedom.
I didn't need to be a tech genius; I just needed to be a dad with a dream and a willing heart.
Why I’m Doing This
I started this digital journey for three reasons:
Family First: To create a life where I don't have to miss the big moments (or the small ones) because of a work schedule.
Human Connection: To show other professionals that you don't need to be a "techy" to succeed in the digital age.
Legacy: To build something that belongs to my family, not a corporation.
Today, I’m balancing my career with my passion, proving that you can bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be—one simple step at a time.
