Founded by myself, Alan Jackson BSHAA HCPC, and my wife Helen Jackson in 2015, we started this journey because we believe in the incredible impact that good hearing has on overall health and quality of life. As a fully qualified hearing aid audiologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council, I provide expert guidance and personalized solutions for hearing assessments, ear wax removal, and noise protection. Our centre offers comprehensive hearing services, including custom ear moulds and hearing protection for musicians, swimmers, shooters, and sleeping.

We have invested in state-of-the-art audiology testing and fitting equipment to ensure the best results for each of our clients, addressing common signs of hearing loss such as difficulty following conversations in noisy environments or frequently asking others to repeat themselves. Being an independent clinic allows us to provide unbiased advice and access a wide range of hearing aids and accessories from leading brands without being tied to specific manufacturers.
