As an ER Nurse, I'm no stranger to pressure---code blues, critical cases, long shifts. But you know what hit me harder than any trauma/ critical rooms?
The financial statistics that I came across recently...

We work 12-hour shifts, give our all to patients, sacrifice holidays, birthdays and sleep...
Yet most of us are still just getting by. Not thriving. Not truly free.
That is why I decided to build something out of the hospital walls--A DIGITAL BUSINESS.
Not because I had extra time (LOL ER Life)
But because I couldn't afford not to.
This online space gave me more than income. It gave me options. Time with my kids. A future I actually look forward to.
NURSES--We are smart, capable and resilient. It's time we use that same energy to build our own dreams, not just to clock in for someone else's.
Your badge should not be your only source of income.
You can still serve, save lives and secure your family's financial future.
