At Learn to Live Recovery, we know firsthand that the path to sobriety doesn’t happen in isolation. Addiction impacts people in deeply personal ways, and lasting recovery requires a strong community, evidence-based support, and connection with others who have walked the same road. That’s why we value opportunities to collaborate with recovery professionals across the country.
Recently, we were honored to welcome Brian, who visited our program to share his experience, strength, and hope with our residents. Stories like his remind our community that recovery is not only possible, but sustainable. His visit was made possible through connections with leaders like Dan Parrish and the team at Acqua Recovery, a respected dual-diagnosis residential treatment center in Utah.
Though every treatment center has its own unique approach, the mission is the same: to help people rebuild their lives free from addiction. At Learn to Live Recovery, we provide extended care sober living designed for young men who need continued support after primary treatment. By working alongside centers like Acqua Recovery and others throughout the country, we’re able to:
Share best practices in recovery care
Create a supportive network of professionals and alumni
Provide our residents with access to fresh perspectives and encouragement from those who’ve successfully maintained sobriety
When our residents hear directly from individuals who have walked this journey, it strengthens their belief that recovery is possible. These moments also highlight the importance of staying connected—both to peers in recovery and to the broader network of professionals who dedicate their lives to helping others heal.
At Learn to Live Recovery, collaboration isn’t just a buzzword. It’s part of how we live out our mission every day: to help young men learn, live, and recover with the support they need to thrive.
